Hardwood Floor Installation

Our hardwood professionals install a variety of hardwood flooring. We install many different species and sizes of site finished products, pre-finished flooring and hand-scraped material. We have partnered with Colorado's finest flooring distributors providing only the highest quality hardwoods.

Sanding

Kastle Floors, LLC makes finishing hardwood floors a pleasant experience. State of the art techniques keep dust confined in vacuum bags that sit outside the house, keeping the interior of your home clean and dust free.

We sand each floor with high quality sandpaper and we fill any holes and cracks with a latex wood filler to ensure a smooth, level finish. If you have any prior damage from water, pet stains or termites, these boards can be replaced.

We use a state of the art buffer that vacuums simultaneously, and all of our equipment is monitored on each job site to maintain consistent performance. We can also provide shoe molding around the entire perimeter of the floor.

Finishing

We have several options for finishing your floors, all of which we discuss and examine using color and stain samples.

You can also choose your floors sheen, from satin, semi gloss or high gloss. Water based polyurethane is the most popular finishes used, but other finishes can be used at your request.

Screen and Recoat

Recoating can energize new life back into old floors. This is typically a one-day process and is a less expensive alternative to a complete re-sanding.

The recoating process includes buffing the floor to remove light scratches and preparing the floor for fresh layers of polyurethane.
